Must pass a pre hire drug test and random tests.

Duties:

Receive telephone calls and personal visit requests for transportation.

Input rider information into software.

Ensures drivers are kept up-to-date on any changes to their client's status or their job duties.

Provides clerical support to Transportation Personnel and, occasionally, to management staff.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in dispatching or transportation management preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and data entry (Ecolane)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
